Blu's Boba is a Cambodian-based Bubble Tea company. Given the medium-to-large market size for bubble tea in the country, the proprietor seeks to enter the market and secure a portion of the market share. As the market for bubble tea is already saturated with numerous local and international competitors, my responsibilities for this brand include conducting an in-depth study of our competitors, gaining insights into consumer behavior, developing a sustainable brand strategy, and executing it effectively.
